These Terms & Conditions govern your use of EUCCDB.EU as a cabin crew candidate. By accepting, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering, you confirm you are legally authorised to work in the jurisdiction(s) you indicate in your profile.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, and notifying us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. One account per person only.
3. Your Profile and Documents
You may upload aviation-relevant documents including your Cabin Crew Attestation, medical certificate, passport, DGR certifications, and other qualifications. Documents are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. You retain full ownership. By uploading, you grant EUCCDB.EU a limited licence to store and display them to verified airlines and schools when you enable profile visibility.
4. Profile Visibility and Consent
Your profile is private by default. You control visibility from your dashboard. You may choose to hide your profile from specific airlines, including your current employer. Turning off visibility removes your profile from airline searches within 24 hours.
5. Accuracy of Information and Document Declaration
You warrant that all information and documents you upload are genuine, accurate, and up to date.
5.1 Formal Document Declaration
By uploading any document, you make a formal declaration that:
- The document was issued to you personally by the stated issuing authority
- The document is genuine and unaltered, no text, dates, stamps, photos, or reference numbers have been modified
- The document is currently valid and has not been revoked, suspended, or expired at the time of upload
- You are the sole and legitimate holder of the qualification described
This declaration is of particular importance for Cabin Crew Attestations (CCA). Uploading a CCA that was not issued directly to you, has been altered, or was obtained fraudulently may constitute a criminal offence under aviation safety law and fraud legislation.
5.2 Consequences of Inaccuracy or Fraud
- Immediate account suspension and permanent ban
- Mandatory reporting to EASA, the relevant national Civil Aviation Authority, and data protection authorities
- Notification to airlines and schools that have previously accessed your profile
- Civil and criminal legal proceedings in applicable jurisdictions
5.3 Fraud Reporting
Report suspected document fraud immediately to [email protected] with subject "Document Fraud Report". We will suspend the reported profile within 24 hours, notify organisations that accessed the documents, and report to the relevant aviation authority where a regulatory document is involved.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Upload documents belonging to another person
- Create multiple accounts or share your account
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform
- Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm other users
- Circumvent any technical security measure
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, trademarks, and software are the property of EUCCDB.EU or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.
8. Your Data and GDPR Rights
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, export, and delete your data at any time. Special categories of data (health data) are processed only with your explicit consent.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & GDPR → Delete My Account. All uploaded documents are deleted from storage within 30 days. Deletion is irreversible.
10. Liability Disclaimer
EUCCDB.EU is a database and matching platform, not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Our total liability to you shall not exceed €100.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Poland, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
