These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EUCCDB.EU as a cabin crew candidate. By creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a candidate. EUCCDB.EU is a professional platform for individuals seeking cabin crew employment in the European aviation sector. By registering, you confirm you are legally authorised to work in the jurisdiction(s) you indicate in your profile.

2. Account Registration

You may register using your email address or via Google/LinkedIn OAuth. You are responsible for:

One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of other individuals.

3. Your Profile and Documents

You may upload the following documents to your profile:

Documents are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. You retain full ownership of your documents. By uploading, you grant EUCCDB.EU a limited licence to store and, when you enable profile visibility, display them to verified airlines and schools on the platform.

4. Profile Visibility and Consent

Your profile is private by default. You can set your availability status to "Available" to make your profile discoverable by airlines registered on EUCCDB.EU.

We do not guarantee any specific number of views, contacts, or job offers.

5. Accuracy of Information and Document Declaration

You warrant that all information and documents you upload are genuine, accurate, and up to date.

5.1 Formal Document Declaration

By uploading any document to your EUCCDB.EU profile, you make a formal declaration that:

This declaration is of particular importance for Cabin Crew Attestations (CCA), which are official regulatory documents issued under EU Regulation 1178/2011 and the applicable national aviation authority provisions. Uploading a CCA that was not issued directly to you, has been altered, or was obtained fraudulently may constitute a criminal offence under aviation safety law and fraud legislation in the applicable jurisdiction, in addition to constituting a breach of these Terms.

5.2 Consequences of Inaccuracy or Fraud

Uploading falsified, expired, altered, or fraudulently obtained documents is strictly prohibited and may result in:

If you become aware of falsified or fraudulent documents on the platform, or if a document attributed to you has been uploaded without your knowledge or consent, please report it immediately to [email protected] with the subject line "Document Fraud Report".

Upon receiving a credible report, EUCCDB.EU will:

All platform content, design, trademarks, and software are the property of EUCCDB.EU or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.

8. Your Data and GDPR Rights

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, export, and delete your data at any time. Special categories of data (health data in medical certificates) are processed only with your explicit consent.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & GDPR → Delete My Account. Upon deletion:

EUCCDB.EU is a database and matching platform, we are not a recruitment agency, employer, or employment agency under applicable law. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for:

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
