for Cabin Crew Candidates

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a candidate. EUCCDB.EU is a professional platform for individuals seeking cabin crew employment in the European aviation sector. By registering, you confirm you are legally authorised to work in the jurisdiction(s) you indicate in your profile.

2. Account Registration

You may register using your email address or via Google/LinkedIn OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access

One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of other individuals.

Creating and keeping a candidate account is free of charge. There is no fee and no time limit.

3. Your Profile and Verification

Registration asks for your name, where you are based, your experience, and whether you hold a Cabin Crew Attestation. You are not asked to upload any document to register. You may upload a CV from your dashboard; it is optional and stored until you delete it or delete your account. If you answer that you do not hold an attestation yet, you are listed as aspiring cabin crew.

You can add more to your profile from your dashboard at any time, for example aircraft types, languages, availability and relocation preference. You decide what to put there and you can change or remove it whenever you want.

3.1 Optional Verification

Verification is optional. If you ask to be verified, you show a crew identification document once. We look at it, set a verified flag on your profile, and delete the file. The file is not stored after the check and is never shown to airlines. What remains is the flag on your profile.

A verified profile is not a guarantee of anything beyond that check, and verification is not a condition of being listed. Airlines can filter the database by attestation and by verified status.

4. Profile Visibility and Consent

Your profile is part of the database that airlines with an approved account on EUCCDB.EU can search. You stay in control of who cannot see you:

• You may exclude any airline at any time from your dashboard, including your current employer
• An airline you have excluded is not shown your profile and cannot contact you through the platform. The exclusion applies from the moment you set it
• Airlines contact you through the platform inbox and you accept or decline. Your email address is not given to them
• Deleting your account removes your profile from the database

We do not guarantee any specific number of views, contacts, or job offers.

5. Accuracy of Information

You warrant that everything on your profile is genuine, accurate, and up to date.

5.1 Formal Declaration

By completing your profile, and by showing any document for verification, you make a formal declaration that:

• Every qualification you claim, including a Cabin Crew Attestation, was issued to you personally by the authority you name
• Any document you show is genuine and unaltered, no text, dates, stamps, photos, or reference numbers have been modified in any way
• Any document you show is currently valid and has not been revoked, suspended, or expired at the time you show it
• You are the sole and legitimate holder of the qualification or certification you describe

This declaration is of particular importance for Cabin Crew Attestations (CCA), which are official regulatory documents issued under EU Regulation 1178/2011 and the applicable national aviation authority provisions. Claiming a CCA that was not issued to you, or showing a document that has been altered or was obtained fraudulently, may constitute a criminal offence under aviation safety law and fraud legislation in the applicable jurisdiction, in addition to constituting a breach of these Terms.

5.2 Consequences of Inaccuracy or Fraud

Declaring qualifications you do not hold, or showing falsified, expired, altered, or fraudulently obtained documents, is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate account suspension and permanent ban from the platform
• Mandatory reporting to EASA, the relevant national Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and data protection authorities
• Notification to any airline that has previously seen your profile
• Civil and criminal legal proceedings in applicable jurisdictions

5.3 Fraud Reporting Procedure

If you become aware of false or fraudulent qualifications on the platform, or if a profile has been created in your name without your knowledge or consent, please report it immediately to [email protected] with the subject line "Fraud Report".

Upon receiving a credible report, EUCCDB.EU will:

• Suspend the reported profile within 24 hours pending investigation
• Notify airlines that have previously seen the reported profile
• Report the matter to the relevant national aviation authority where a CCA or other regulatory qualification is involved
• Cooperate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory investigation

Reports made in bad faith or as an act of harassment may themselves constitute a breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Claim qualifications, or show documents, belonging to another person
• Create multiple accounts or share your account
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract data from the platform
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm other users
• Circumvent any technical security measure
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, trademarks, and software are the property of EUCCDB.EU or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.

8. Your Data and GDPR Rights

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, export, and delete your data at any time. We do not ask you for special categories of data, and you should not put health information in your profile or in messages.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & GDPR → Delete My Account. Upon deletion:

• Your profile is immediately removed from airline search results
• Your account, profile and messages are permanently erased within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations
• Any file you showed for verification was already deleted when the check was made, so there is nothing left to remove

Deletion is irreversible. We cannot recover data after deletion is confirmed.

10. Liability Disclaimer

EUCCDB.EU is a database and matching platform, we are not a recruitment agency, employer, or employment agency under applicable law. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made by airlines based on your profile
• Accuracy of information published by airlines on the platform
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed €100.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
