Access to EUCCDB.EU is granted to the registered school for the sole purpose of:
Access is granted to named employees of the school. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.
Schools may only access candidate data when:
You may not store, copy, or transmit candidate personal data outside the platform beyond what is strictly necessary for the legitimate purposes described in clause 2. Any downloaded or exported data must be handled in compliance with GDPR.
Where a school accesses personal data of candidates, the school acts as an independent data controller for its own processing activities. You are responsible for:
EUCCDB.EU and the school may enter into a Data Processing Agreement if required under Art. 28 GDPR.
EUCCDB.EU facilitates storage and presentation of candidate documents but does not independently verify the authenticity of documents unless a verification service is explicitly stated as active on the platform. Schools must perform their own due diligence before making enrolment decisions based on documents viewed on the platform.
Regarding Cabin Crew Attestations (CCA) specifically: candidates are required by these Terms to formally declare that any CCA uploaded is genuine, unaltered, and was issued directly to them by a competent authority under EU Regulation 1178/2011. EUCCDB.EU presents documents as declared by the candidate and applies basic format checks where feasible, but does not authenticate documents with the issuing authority. The school remains solely responsible for conducting its own verification of any CCA, including confirmation with the issuing national Civil Aviation Authority, before making any enrolment, training, or employment decision based on a document viewed on the platform.
If a school suspects a document is falsified or fraudulent, it must report this immediately to [email protected] and, where a regulatory document is involved, to the relevant national aviation authority.
Schools may not:
Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant aviation or data protection authorities.
You warrant that all information submitted about your school, including regulatory approvals, training programmes, and contact details, is accurate and current. You must update your profile within 30 days of any material change.
Standard access is charged at €89/month (billed monthly) or €790/year (billed annually). Fees may be updated with 30 days' written notice.
The first 15 aviation academies to register ("Founding Members") benefit from the following rate structure:
Founding Member status is granted at registration and is non-transferable. EUCCDB.EU reserves the right to close the Founding Member Programme once 15 qualifying schools have registered.
You may cancel at any time before the end of a billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed.
All platform content and software remain the property of EUCCDB.EU. Candidate documents and profiles are the intellectual property of the respective candidates.
EUCCDB.EU provides access to candidate information on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, misuse of candidate data, or regulatory non-compliance. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Poland.
